The Holy Mass

The celebration of the Eucharist is the heart of the Christian community. The unique sacrifice of Christ, which completes and surpasses all the sacrifices, is present in the Eucharist. We do not make people worship - the Lord is calling to worship, and he is mysteriously present. Thus the Eucharist "the source and summit of all Christian life" (Vatican II, Lumen Gentium 11).

Liturgy of the Hours

Seven times a day we come together to complete the Liturgy of the Hours (breviary).

The Liturgy of the Hours, completed during the day at various times, continues and sustains the praises, gratitude, reminder of the mystery of salvation and appeals made during Holy Mass.

During the liturgy we merge together in the eternal glorification of Christ and in union with the Church continually ask the Father for the salvation of the world.

Adoration of the Holy Sacrament

I kneel and worship before the tabernacle. Especially solemn worship occurs when the tabernacle is open and the Body of Christ is present in the monstrance. While the eye sees only the white Host, the heart knows “This is the Lord!” I kneel or just sit before God and keep silent. It is enough to appeal to Jesus with your heart: “You are here!” And I am in complete adoration.

Once a month we invite people to the adoration of the Holy Sacrament in our church.

From 16:00 to 18:00

16:40 – Sunday Vespers (Evening Hour singing)

In the end there are blessings with the Holy Sacrament.

Welcome!

Inner prayer

Most often the “inner prayer” means a “prayer stage” in which instead of words spoken aloud, silent words and thoughts and images are awakened from God and to God the heart beats an untiring love, maintained by silence or with few words. Inner prayer is a conscious appeal to God – from the I to the YOU of the unseen God. This quiet, private conversation with the Lord nourishes and deepens a life of everlasting prayer.

Time of inner prayer:

6:00 – 7:00 and 17:00 – 18:00
